Object, Podcast Episode, Meditation

In 2021 I was invited to create an episode for "Artifact", a podcast exploring artists' creative processes. For my episode, I dove into the guilt ridden phrase “Navel Gazing”, re-framing the act from self-indulgence to radical self-care. As part of the podcast, I created an "object" for navel gazing, along with a "meditation" for navel gazing.
